User Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete your personal data, please contact us at the email below with details of the data you want removed and any identifiers we may need (username, email, or conversation ID).

How to request deletion

Please send an email to janindunana.dash@gmail.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and include:

Your full name or account username
The email address associated with your account (if any)
A brief description of the data you want deleted

What happens next

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days and aim to complete deletion within 30 days where feasible. Some data may be retained to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes; if so, we will explain the reason in our response.
